Registration Guidelines

  • Conference registration is mandatory for participation in workshops.
  • Registration fee includes scientific sessions, trade exhibition, conference lunches, gala dinner, and conference kit.

Kindly keep the following information ready at hand as they would be required during filling up the form

  • Medical Council Registration Number
  • Name of the Medical Council
  • Membership type (ASI)
  • Membership number

Conference kits are assured for all delegates who register up to the closure of the 2nd registration slab (31 Dec 2026).

Delegates registering after 31st December 2026 will receive conference kits subject to availability.

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of conference registration must be requested by email to the conference secretariat at , clearly mentioning the registration number in the subject line.
  • The cancellation request must be sent from the same email address used during registration.
  • Cancellations received up to 30th September 2026: 50% of the base registration fee will be refunded.
  • Cancellations received up to 30th November 2026: 25% of the base registration fee will be refunded.
  • Cancellations received after 1st January 2026: No refund will be applicable.
  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 45 days after completion of the conference.
  • The timestamp of the received email will be considered the official date of cancellation request.
